Katlyn Javins, a Richmond, Virginia native joins Family 4 Eternity with over a decade of senior level experience in Human Resources and leading a corporate accounting staff and a passion for empowering others. Her journey from a small staffing firm to a larger organization reflects her dedication to helping others and her work ethic and being entrusted to overcome employment barriers and lead a staff. With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, she loves helping individuals find meaningful work and winning the battle of championing the fight to end hunger. As a board member for philanthropy, she is a lead architect to local charities and works tirelessly to combat hunger in her community. She has volunteered with Goodwill, FEEDMORE, and the Salvation Army and that is her passion.

Katlyn is the senior HR and Financial Executive for the Family 4 Eternity and facilitates and assists senior executives with the day-to-day implementation of Family 4 Eternity’s strategic vision. As Chief of Human Resources she takes on the personnel management responsibility of handling all of Family 4 Eternity’s extremely dedicated volunteers. As the Chief Financial Officer, she has a tremendous responsibility ensuring Family 4 Eternity’s Financial Balance Sheet and Account are aligned with the IRS rules, regulations, and all fiscal responsibilities to remain in full compliance at all times. She also assists the senior executives with Grant support and opportunities given her vast corporate senior leadership with various companies.

Katlyn is also an extremely dedicated mother to her wonderful son Landon and her joy and passion is being the most dedicated Mom and watching him on the baseball field where they share their passion of the love of the game. She often quotes from her Grandmother nicknamed Delores- where she learned a tenacious work ethic and responsibility in all aspects of her life.

Katlyn, lastly finds her heart routinely distributing food to the fine folks at Springdale Apartments in Franklin, VA. I love those beautiful, sweet, and kind seniors it warms my heart seeing their smile and hearing stories about their lives. Family 4 Eternity is extremely fortunate and blessed to have her talents.
