Morris Clay is a Southampton County transplant after a decorated career with New Jersey Law Enforcement. Mo will prove instrumental in the role Of Chief Operating Officer with his vast array of problem solving and Uber talented skill sets in a wide range of areas.

Mo was married to the love of his life Tonya for several decades and recently joined our organization after her passing. Mo is responsible for the overall operational administration and management of the Family 4 Eternity Food Pantry, facilities, and logistics.

Mo develops and implements strategies for improving key performance indicators and ensures inventory is accounted for in a safe and efficient manner and establish and maintain workflow processes as necessary to meet poundage delivery goals as well as performance standards. Mo is always known to quote a wonderful verse from scripture always when it is most relevant and really strives to serve the lord in his day-to-day function.

He also is seen as a leader of the team and people look up to him as he is calm, cool, collected, and always a voice of reason. We are blessed and fortunate to have someone with a fearless track record of Innovation, success, and religious approach to executive-level decision-making.
