Big Willy is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect Family 4 Eternity’s assets, employees, and clients. Big Willy is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of security protocols, risk management, and crisis response.

Big Willy reports to the Founder and COO and ensures that all security measures align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements. Big Willy is in charge of overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, conducting risk assessments, and developing emergency response plans. You can find Big Willy frequently on the Ward 3 playground alongside Pastor Reid serving the kids in the Franklin 4 Kids program.

Big Willy also plays a pivotal role with protecting the product when receiving the inventory.
